Biography

Dr. Mayada Raya is a Specialist in Pediatrics, with a medical career spanning over two decades. She started her medical journey by earning her MD in General Medicine from Lebanon in 1991. She further pursued a Masters in General Pediatrics. She also secured the Arab Board license in General Pediatrics in 2017. Dr. Mayada Raya has held key roles in various esteemed SEHA hospitals in the UAE, serving as a Pediatric Senior House Officer and later as a Pediatric Specialist. Her wealth of experience encompasses both inpatient and outpatient general pediatrics, pediatric ICU, NICU, and clinical procedures. Her proficiency extends beyond routine pediatric care. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Mayada Raya worked as a frontline healthcare worker for COVID-19 inpatients.  With expertise in inpatient and outpatient general pediatrics, pediatric ICU, NICU, and clinical procedures, Dr. Mayada Raya brings a comprehensive skill set to her practice.
