Dr. Oruba Waleed Abd Elhak is an accomplished Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over two decades of experience in women’s health. She earned her medical degree from Damascus University, Syria, and obtained a Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology, graduating with distinction. She is certified by the Arab Board of Medical Specializations and holds advanced diplomas in OB/GYN Ultrasound from the University of Sharjah, UAE. Throughout her career, she has held prominent positions, including Acting Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Program Director of the OBGYN Residency Program at Danat Al Emarat Hospital in Abu Dhabi. Her expertise spans high-risk pregnancies, gynecological surgeries, infertility management, and obstetric and gynecological ultrasound. She has performed numerous complex procedures, such as cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies, and has played a key role in training and mentoring junior doctors. Her commitment to advancing women’s health, leadership in clinical settings, and academic contributions make her a valued addition to any medical institution.
